Australian Clearinghouse for Youth Studies has announced its latest information package 'Face the Facts'. It was developed in response to the need for policy-makers and decision-makers to have information on emerging trends in the youth sector.
The first edition is about youth disability. It highlights key statistics, policy problems and development opportunities relevant today. It is especially topical given ongoing efforts to establish a national organisation to represent young people with disability, and the Federal Government’s recent decision to implement the NDIS.
Each Face the Facts package includes both a short, sharp overview of the issues and facts, followed by an in-depth analysis. This analysis includes the factors involved, policy implications, and a breakdown of what lies ahead.
